Ezzati starrer ‘Khargioush’ sells well at box office

Latest Iranian flick ‘Khargioush’ starring ifilm series actor Mohammad-Javad Ezzati sits among top-grossing titles in domestic box office.

Wednesday media report said the full-length comedy by Mani Baghbani ranked sixth among high-grossing films following screenings in Iranian cinemas, raking in 10 billion-plus rials.

Besides Ezzati, the flick stars Babak Hamidian, Siamak Ansari and Mina Sadati.

In late March, new Iranian flick ‘Khargioush’ directed by Mani Baghbani showcased an animated logo before release across Iranian theaters.

 “There will be no night like tonight,” the tagline for ‘Khargioush’ read.
